Shipping & Delivery

  • Order processing times. After an order is placed, we will usually ship your order within 24 hours of purchase. Orders received after 5pm will be processed with 24-48 hours of purchase.
  • Domestic shipping options. Orders placed in United States are  qualifying regions for domestic shipping options. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
  • Shipping costs. We offer free shipping on all order over $150. We offer Calculated shipping costs.You will be the choice of carrier at checkout.
  • Local delivery options. You may pick up your order in-store at Petals Spa and Boutique 24 hours after purchase on our next business day. Pick up hours are Tuesday - Friday 11:00-5:00 and Saturday 12:00-4:00. 
  • Returns, changes, and cancellations.

    If you want to cancel the order, please contact us robyn@petalsorganicspa.com and provide your order number and state the reason. For more Information refer to Our Returns and Refunds Page.

    • a. For orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.
    • b. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.
    • c. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for return after receiving the package.
    • d. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)

     

    Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive due to holiday season or weather variables outside of our control. Be be patient with us during these times.
  • Order tracking details. You will receive a confirmation email of your purchase and a tracking link of when to expect your purchase.
