Shipping & Delivery
- Order processing times. After an order is placed, we will usually ship your order within 24 hours of purchase. Orders received after 5pm will be processed with 24-48 hours of purchase.
- Domestic shipping options. Orders placed in United States are qualifying regions for domestic shipping options. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
- Shipping costs. We offer free shipping on all order over $150. We offer Calculated shipping costs.You will be the choice of carrier at checkout.
- Local delivery options. You may pick up your order in-store at Petals Spa and Boutique 24 hours after purchase on our next business day. Pick up hours are Tuesday - Friday 11:00-5:00 and Saturday 12:00-4:00.

Returns, changes, and cancellations.
If you want to cancel the order, please contact us robyn@petalsorganicspa.com and provide your order number and state the reason. For more Information refer to Our Returns and Refunds Page.
- a. For orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.
- b. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.
- c. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for return after receiving the package.
- d. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)
- Order tracking details. You will receive a confirmation email of your purchase and a tracking link of when to expect your purchase.
